VANTAGE replaces the spreadsheet most property investors maintain. One clear view of every property — equity, cash flow, yield, and tax-ready records — with the data entry done for you.
Why we built it
Like most Australian property investors, the founder spent years tracking properties in spreadsheets — copy-pasting from PDF property manager statements once a month, hand-categorizing transactions, and rebuilding the same dashboard every tax year.
The painful part wasn't analysis. The painful part was data entry. Every other category of investor (shares, crypto, super) had consolidated tooling. Property investors did not.
VANTAGE started as a private tool to solve that one problem: "Read my statements automatically and just show me the numbers." Then it grew calculators, tax exports for accountants, and a portfolio dashboard. It is now used by Australian investors and the accountants who serve them.
Our mission
Replace spreadsheet chaos with one clear view. Every Australian property investor should be able to look at their portfolio in 10 seconds and know exactly where they stand — what each property produced, what it cost, what they owe at tax time.
What we deliberately don't do
We've seen property tools sprawl into rent collection, tenant management, accounting ledgers and CRM. That's a different product. We stay narrow on purpose.
What VANTAGE does

- Manage tenant applications, leases or screening
- Replace your accountant or your full general ledger
- Connect to live bank feeds (yet — we lean on email/statement automation instead)
Founder
VANTAGE is built by Dan Anzelmi, an Australian software engineer and property investor based in Sydney. The tool reflects the workflow he wishes he'd had as an investor: minimal data entry, clear monthly reporting, and a clean export his accountant actually wants to receive.
